Our Story

Arizona Reclaimed Customs was born out of a simple problem—and a passion for doing things better.

In 2006, Rusty and Julie Reynolds founded Diamondback Billiards, building it into one of Arizona’s premier game room destinations. Over the years, they worked with thousands of customers designing spaces where families gathered, friends connected, and memories were made.

But there was always something missing.

Clients would come in looking for a pool table that truly fit their space—their style, their home, their vision. Time and time again, the options available simply didn’t deliver. They were either too generic, too mass-produced, or didn’t match the level of quality and design their customers were looking for.

So instead of settling, Rusty and Julie decided to create something better.

What started as a solution for their own customers quickly grew into something much bigger—Arizona Reclaimed Customs (ARC). Built on a foundation of craftsmanship, design, and attention to detail, ARC became a way to offer truly custom, one-of-a-kind pool tables and game room pieces that couldn’t be found anywhere else.

In 2023, after nearly two decades of building Diamondback Billiards, Rusty and Julie sold the business to Billiard Factory—a natural next step in their journey. Today, Rusty continues his work in the industry, while Julie leads Arizona Reclaimed Customs full time, curating designs and working closely with clients to bring their ideas to life.

Every piece created through ARC reflects the same philosophy that started it all:
